Purpose of this document
This document is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service and The ACE Consortium System.

The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving our Services. We will NOT use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR).

For a better experience while using our Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you. We collect you data through the following ways;
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Contact forms
When a visitor fills our contact form, they are required to provide their full names, contact information and Comments. Also we will collect you IP address to help with spam detection. But all this information won’t be available to us until you submit the form. On the form there is a checkbox option for visitors to give us their consent to contact them through phone and email. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. If you want to be removed from our mailing list and stop receiving communication from us, please send an email to the address at the end of the document.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Registration
In order to use our ACE Consortium System, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name, email address, mobile number and physical address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
Log Files
Our systems automatically gather some anonymous information about visitors, including IP addresses, browser type, language, and the times and dates of webpage visits. The data collected does not include personally identifiable information and is used for statistical analysis and SEO management.
Subscription Forms
On our website we have a subscription form which allows our website visitors to subscribe to our mailing list. This form collects the visitor’s Email Address, First Name and Last Name. The form also collects the Subscriber’s IP automatically, this helps us to trace any attacks on our website.
Who we share your data with
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, contact form or other direct contact from you. We will NOT sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers.
KINDLY NOTE: This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can request to see, change, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username) by emailing us. Our website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Users who subscribe to our mailing list via our website are provided with a link where they can unsubscribe whenever they want. Once the user unsubscribes, they no longer receive emails from us but we retain their information for a period of 30 days. We use this information for reports and demographics purposes.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on our site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can contact if you wish to change or correct any data we have about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
For users who have subscribed to our mailing list, they are provided with a link where they can unsubscribe to our mailing list. Once they unsubscribe, they won’t receive any more emails from us but we keep their information for 30 days then it is automatically removed from our database. Subscribers are also provided with a link where they can update their subscription preferences.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
How we protect your data
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the top of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.
Our website has also earned a McAfee SECURE certification which means there are no malware or malicious links on our website, no phishing detected on our site and most important of all we have a valid SSL Certificate for encrypted connection.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment and only authorised personnel have access to user information.
Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary so we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Where a privacy data breach is known to have occurred (or is suspected) any employee of i3 Consult who becomes aware of this must, within 24 hours, alert the Chief Technical Officer in the first instance. Once notified of the information above, the Chief Technical Officer must consider whether a privacy data breach has (or is likely to have) occurred and make a preliminary judgement as to its severity. Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, the CTO will issue pre-emptive instructions as to whether the data breach should be managed at the local level or escalated to a Data Breach Security Company. The corrective actions to be taken may include: retrieval or recovery of the personal information, ceasing unauthorized access, shutting down or isolating the affected system. Once the breach has been solved, an in-depth investigation will be done by the company to find the root cause of the breach and Processes will be implemented to prevent a repeat of the situation.
