Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold via i3 Shop are digital goods delivered electronically.

2. No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once the digital content has been delivered.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible

  • A duplicate payment has been made

  • There is a technical error preventing access

4. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact i3 Consult directly before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly.
